Small – This size measures 6 5/8″ (16.8 cm) in length with an inner diameter of 2 1/4″ (5.7 cm).
Medium – This size measures 7 3/8″ (18.8 cm) in length with an inner diameter of 2 1/2″ (6.4 cm).
Large – This size measures 8 1/8″ (20.6 cm) in length with an inner diameter of 2 3/4″ (7.0 cm).
The weight of each size is between 0.3 oz and 0.4 oz.

1. Measure your wrist in inches with a flexible measuring tape.
Measure your wrist with a piece of paper or string. Then use a ruler to measure the length of it in inches.
2. Look at the sizes available and choose the one that’ll give you a good fit based on your wrist measurement and where you want to wear it on your arm.
